Why Blog?

Blogging is fun because I enjoy being able to keep track of what I own, the looks I like, and everything beauty related. For this reason, I follow a bunch of blogs. It's always great when they have contests! Sharon at Hello There, Blondie held a contest a few months ago, and I was lucky enough to win! Here's the prize:

I love glitter polishes, and these are great because they dry super fast. I haven't tried the Floam yet, but it's on the list!

Makeup Your Face Nail Polish!

This is Fall Into Autumn.  I used 2 coats for these photos, but have found I like the total opaqueness that 3 coats provides.  This polish is gorgeous, and only cost $8.00.  It wears well, with minimal tip wear.  You need a top coat to even it out, but that's typical for chunky polishes.  I highly reccomend this, and plan to buy some more polishes soon!

Sometimes I like my makeup better at the end of the day.  My hair was wet, and overall the end of the day look is just softer.

Catching up

I haven't been posting a lot because sometimes life gets busy.  I have taken a lot of photos lately, so I'm going to do some catch up posts, with looks of the day, nails, new fragrances and some random things thrown in.  Let's start with the Michigan Renaissance Festival!  My friend and I drove up to Michigan to attend with my mom.  It's always a fun time, and is held every weekend for a couple of months each year.  I suggest attending if you live anywhere close!
